The Foundation have delivered another training assignment this month to a client in the building merchant supply space.

We were hired to work with the National Sales Team and to tackle specific issues faced by the team at large as well as to work with each Sales Representative individually to assist them with target achievement.

The training covered four modules including:

  • Prospecting and Professionalism;
  • Creating Better Conversations and Relationships;
  • Account & Margin Management; and
  • Self Awareness and Attitude
